We’ve got a long history
PGi has been a global leader in technology, innovation and service for more than 20 years. And it all started in 1991 when PGi CEO, Boland Jones, saw a very simple opportunity: military personnel around the world needed a way to easily connect with loved ones. Jones, along with three others, developed a calling card that was a simple and inexpensive way to connect with anyone, anywhere.
PGi quickly moved beyond calling cards to become a tool for corporate America — constantly innovating new technologies to help professionals do business outside the office. In the last five years, PGi has connected nearly one billion people from 137 countries in over 200 million meetings. But even as the company has grown — we now have more than 1,700 employees — our core has remained the same: to make simple and affordable solutions that bring people together.
