How It Works


Integrate Audio Conferencing with Acrobat Connect Professional in Three Simple Steps!

Once you sign up for an account with Premiere Global, you can add audio conferencing to Acrobat Connect Professional in three simple steps:

CLICK ON THE THUMBNAILS FOR FULL-SIZE IMAGE.
STEP 1
Login to your Acrobat Connect Professional account.
STEP 2
Under the "My Profile - Edit My Preferences" tab, add your account information from Premiere Global Services.
STEP 3
Save your settings and start conferencing with integrated audio and Acrobat Connect Professional.

Security Features

For added security, ReadyConference Plus and ReadyConference GlobalMeet include dedicated security protocols to ensure that sensitive client information remains private. By enabling the SecureTouch feature, your conference call is automatically sets to use security safeguards such as on-hold music until the meeting Host joins the call, participant roll call and name announcement on entry/exit.

Conference Security Code
In addition, ReadyConference includes an automated conferencing security code that provides the ultimate in security and convenience, safeguarding your most sensitive calls from unwanted participants. ReadyConference Plus gives you complete control of your conference's security by providing a code that can be changed for every call.

At anytime before the call, the Host can choose whether or not to use the Security Code feature. Simply, the Host selects a security code specific to the call and informs only the invited participants. The Host activates the Security feature by dialing *31 (to bypass this option, the Host simply presses * on the dialpad). Only participants who enter the identical security code can access the call.
