Plan Details - $29.00 Offer

The $29.00 Monthly Service Charge Per Named User includes unlimited use of the GlobalMeet video and web service offering. Notwithstanding any other provision herein or in the Agreement, in the event that a GlobalMeet^® Named User generates any audio minutes during a particular month, Customer agrees to pay the per minute rates set forth below:

You may cancel any time, however, the monthly fee of $29 plus any charges incurred for telephone usage at the ten currently published rates will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Charges will be applied each month the account is active, including the month canceled.

During the term of this Addendum, to the extent and then for so long as PGi supports such selections, Customer may increase or decrease its number of Named Users for the GlobalMeet Services, at any time, by submitting its selections on Customer’s account page (“Customer’s Account Page”).  All selections for increases in Named Users by Customer will become an integral part of this Agreement, and Customer will be billed for such increase in Named Users, beginning as of the date of selection.  All selections for decreases in Named Users will become an integral part of this Agreement as of, and Customer’s invoice will reflect the reduction in the number of Named Users, on the next month’s invoice following the month in which such decrease selection was submitted. For the avoidance of doubt, all selections and resulting Named Users shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer is fully responsible and liable for any and all selections made on Customer’s Account Page, submission of selections to PGi using Customer’s Account Page will be deemed Customer’s signature and authorization for such orders, and PGi has no obligation to investigate or confirm whether the party submitting an order via Customer’s Account Page has authority to bind the Customer .

Plan Details - $39.00 Offer

The $39.00 Monthly Service Charge Per Named User plan includes up to 1,000 domestic U.S. minutes, both dial-in and dial-out, of unattended Group 1 Dial Out and Direct Dial (U.S. Local Access Number) per month at no additional charge. Additional per minute audio conferencing pricing is provided below. Overages fees of $15 per Named User shall automatically apply, and Customer will pay, for any Named User exceeding 1,000 minutes of unattended Group 1 Dial Out and Direct Dial (U.S. Local Access Number) monthly usage in any one month and additionally on each 1,000 minutes thereafter in the same month.  Pooling of audio minutes from multiple Named Users is not permitted.

Plan includes unlimited calls made using telephones*. This includes calls made to the United States, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and United Kingdom. (Group 1 countries)

Any charges incurred from countries NOT included in Group 1 as shown above are in addition to the $49 monthly plan charge.

* The $49.00 Monthly Service Charge Per Named User plan includes any combination of 10,000 domestic U.S. minutes, both dial-in and dial-out, of unattended Group 1 Dial Out and Direct Dial (U.S. Local Access Number) and unattended Group 1 Dial Out and Local Access country minutes (international mobile minute termination excluded from the 10,000 monthly minutes), as set forth below, per month at no additional charge. Notwithstanding any other provision herein or in the Agreement, in the event that an GlobalMeet^® Named User generates more than 10,000 combined Group 1 Direct Dial (U.S. Local Access Number) or Group 1 Dial Out and Local Access country minutes during a given month, PGi reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate GlobalMeet services immediately to that Named User without notice.  Pooling of audio minutes from multiple Named Users is not permitted.
