How To Send an Internet Fax
- Create a NEW email message on your computer or PDA.
- In the "To" field, enter your recipient's fax number like this:
4041234567@fax2mail.com.- No dashes or spaces
- You may enter up to 1,000 recipient fax numbers
[To ...: 4041234567@fax2mail.com]
- Enter a title in the "Subject" line.
- Type a message in the body of the email.
This will become the fax cover letter. Attach/upload any document (optional) - Attach your document(s).
Upload files in any format including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF or JPEG.
How To Receive an Internet Fax
Here's how it works ...
- Someone sends a fax to your Fax2Mail number.
- You receive a NEW email in your inbox.
- Open your email message.
- Click the attachment to open and view your fax.
Faxes are received as Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
