• Assess and Plan
  Together, we conduct a collaboration assessment to understand the current state of your organization's collaboration environment. Using visioning and planning methodologies to help identify your business needs, we build a roadmap of near-term destinations to achieve your collaboration vision. Along the way, we focus on user engagement, alignment and adoption, identifying barriers to proposed change and building a plan to win buy-in and involvement.

• Define and Design
  We work with you to define detailed scopes and develop project plans for implementation. Critical software and infrastructure components, integration between those components, and the partner collaboration portal are defined. PGi works with our clients to understand the impacts of change within the organization through business impact analyses and stakeholder involvement plans.

• Build and Prepare
  We ensure your entire organization supports the project, and we help you create an environment that enables learning and continuous improvement as you achieve your vision. Training programs are developed here, and any new skills and responsibilities of your users are identified. This phase of the methodology also includes building out the infrastructure and ensuring it is ready for deployment.

• Test and Deploy
  PGi works with you to ensure final acceptance of the solution. We conduct user acceptance testing, verify overall readiness of all teams and partners, and ensure your stakeholders have all the information required to be ready for deployment.

• Support and Measure
  After deployment, we continue to work with you on a regular basis to gather and review performance metrics. We provide routine maintenance to support the technical environment, including upgrades and repair. We help you sustain and improve user adoption of the solution. With our iterative approach to collaboration solutions, we also update your roadmap and identify the next near-term destination for your overall collaboration vision to help you reach the next level of collaboration maturity.
