Green Tips for Your Office Telecommute, carpool, or ride your bike to work. Turn on the power savings setting on your computer. Turn off the lights in your workspace when you leave. Unplug electronics when not in use. Only print documents when you really need to. Print on both sides of your paper. Instead of traveling, use teleconferencing for meetings. Use natural lighting. Get a reusable coffee mug. Use scratch paper. Recycle paper. Recycle your cell phone battery. Keep track of your office supplies. Don't just grab a new pin or pad of paper. Save paper by using electronic fax. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
