Conferencing: Customer Training My name is Chris Batista. I'm the Director of Product and Project Management. Our small consultant firm providing services to large media corporations, we were spending too much money on teleconferencing services and the current solution we had wasn’t flexible enough for all of our customers' needs. We needed a solution that was both flexible, reliable, and cost-effective. PGi COS has basically provided us with a service that we know we can count on and you can expand to basically any number of attendees we really need to have. Knowing that that reliability, that flexibility is there it really enables us focus on our business instead of worrying about having a solution that will function for us.
