Conferencing: Software Training My name is Matthew Lawson. I'm the Director of Technical Operations with MDT Software. We provide a change management solution for manufacturing industries. Before we started working with Premiere when we would have problems in the field we would get on the phone and we'd be talking through what the problems a customer might have or what the concerns they might have about our software. And over the phone you can't really express what the software can do or you can't really see what the customers' problems are. Now, by using Premiere conferencing we could either express ourselves better or solve those issues that they have. We find it very easy. I mean it's just a simple log in and a couple of mouse clicks and we could have a web conference or a conference call. We can present our data that we need to the customer in a real easy format, and they could actually give us control over their systems at certain times when we could do things there and it's just a simple one-two web click that makes it easy for us and easy for them.
