IR Conferencing: Int'l Shipping Jeff Smith, I am the Manager of Investor Relations at FedEx Corp. The biggest challenges we face with are earnings release conference calls was a lot of turnover not only in the client services but on the operator side and always trying to get some continuity there and every call have to retrain them on the nuances of our conference call as well as, you know, quite frankly we didn’t have a lot of contact in between calls, a lot of services contact with the existing provider in between calls. So we had nobody really even talk to about what our needs were for our earnings conference calls. They are very proactive in working with us ahead of a call, finding out what our needs are, very easy to set up a conference call. We have a group that's assigned to us that handles each of our calls and knows the business and knows the nuances of our conference calls. So the frontend system that I personally used to cue the questioning works very well and is very helpful. And so it's a very good, very well done service from the call standpoint as well as a great client service arrangement. I have probably already recommended multiple times to clients and friends.
