IR Conferencing: Education My name is Chris Symanoskie and I'm the Director of Investor Relations for American Public Education. Well, stated simply we educate those who serve. We're a publicly traded online university that's regionally accredited. Well, the challenges are that these calls are very high stakes. They are critically important to our stock, to our investors, and other key stakeholders. So the accuracy of the call, the skill at which they operate or puts together the call, customer service are all very important to make sure that the calls go smoothly. Well, in six years we've never had a mistake and that's what's really important. I've worked with other providers way, way back in the past and I've had issues whether it be a dropped call or operators that don’t know what they're doing or have a hard time communicating. Your operators lead the call very well, and they are always on time and prompt. We've been very satisfied, very happy with Premiere.
