Conferencing: Transcription When we moved into a new high-rise downtown, all I could think about was everything I had to do: order computers, the copiers, audio conferencing. We just needed something that would work on day one. We can record a call and go back and listen to it or even get a transcript. That used to be my job. Now, I don’t have to sit through all those calls and take notes. Yey!
