Conferencing: Client Meetings My name Erwin Zeidman and I'm the IT Director at Schwartz Cooper Chartered. One of the biggest challenges that faces my law firm is the ability to respond spontaneously as needs arise particularly in terms of communication and bringing a group of clients together and being able to do collaborative work on the spur of the moment. Using Premiere Global's COS, instead it's handled just by the secretary or the attorney. The services are set up immediately within an hour, if not 15 minutes, of the decision to knead. For instance, a teleconference, that teleconference can take place. That has really streamlined the process at this firm, and this is one of the products that this firm has embraced wholeheartedly. In my 15 years of being at this firm, I'd say it's probably one of the two or three most successful products I've rolled out at the firm.
