Conferencing: Webinars My name is Kelly Beimer. I'm a Project Manager and Instructional Designer with the American Association of Diabetes Educators. The biggest challenge that our organization faces is reaching diabetes educators who are busy healthcare professionals who are in need of quality continuing education. After experiencing terrible customer service and technical support issues, we began to search for a new webinar provider and this led us to Premiere Global. The COS has helped our participants tremendously by allowing them to easily click on a link and access their training on-demand. PGi have been so helpful and so supportive in everything that we've done. I caped them with numerous questions and they have always been so professional and so courteous and helpful.
