IR Conferencing: Energy My name is Ronnetta Eaton. I work for Teppco Partners. I'm an Investor Relations Representative. I believe it was three years ago we were with a previous carrier and had a drop call, and as a result we were looking for someone who was a little bit more reliable. I've been very happy with our account representative. She's been very helpful to me as far as setting up my call, providing us with the support during the call. After work she always checks with me to make sure that everything went okay. We like to see who's on our call, get a list after the fact, and Premiere pretty much gives that to us within an hour or two after the call is over. So we've been very happy with them.
