Conferencing: The Online Advantage Hi. My name is Robin McLachlan and I work for a company called BrightTALK. We provide online communications for a large number of finance services companies. We use the operator assisted conferencing services from the PGiCOS platform. We've simplified the services we provide to our clients allowing us to provide very quick to market elegant solution which allows our clients to communicate online speaking directly with their audiences. Where Premiere Global actually fit in and where the COS products fit in there actually help us deliver the audio onto the web and also directly to the audience. We simplified the processes in terms of all the way from booking the calls in the first place to actually delivering a slick operator branded service to our clients. It's been a really good experience and we look forward to doing more of it in the future.
