Conferencing: Sales Meeting This is Vince Corica. I'm the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for Equifax. As the Senior VP of Sales Operations I planned this magnificent in-person sales meeting for our national sales force 10 months ahead of time, and because of economic conditions we saw that we needed to severely curtail that budget which led us to our long-time partners of Premiere Global. I had less than three weeks notice to change a sales meeting, the attendance for which was probably 800 people to a virtual sales meeting. So here's what we did with Premiere Global. We went from a face-to-face training setting to using Premiere Global's integrated audio and web conferencing product. I had 12 facilitators 24/7 whenever we wanted to. We recorded our training directly to archive and placed those on the meeting website and they are now in our sales library. Our overall savings by going virtual is in the vicinity of $800,000.
