Putting the Cloud to Work with the Cloud Service Brokerage Model

Cloud computing has been the go-to technology buzzword for some time now, and with good reason; in the third annual Future of Cloud Computing Survey, 75% of businesses surveyed are using the cloud in some capacity. The explosion of the cloud for businesses has taken the form of a variety of “as a Service” offerings, including Software as a Service (SaaS) for functions like email, collaboration and CRM, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for operational support and Backend as a Service (BaaS) for connecting everything together.
