PGi’s Green Data Center Featured on Mother Nature Network

PGi has long been committed to promoting environmental responsibility, both through our collaboration products that empower telecommuting and a dedication to philanthropy and volunteerism. One of our proudest achievements is our green data center, located at our Olathe, Kansas office, that handles all of our internal technologies like email.
In an article and video featured on the Mother Nature Network, PGi Director of Corporate IT Infrastructure Engineering Aaron Lafferty explains in detail how PGi designed its Olathe, Kansas green data center to utilize innovative technologies to reduce costs, lower environmental impact and harness the cold weather of the area to more efficiently cool the servers.
