The old adage goes “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,” but even that decree deserves to be broken every now and again when something special occurs: PGi was recently recognized in Las Vegas as a finalist for two Stevie Awards. PGi was up against 2,300 applicants, with staunch competition from contenders like IBM, Delta, Cisco, Dell and Marriott, among others.
According to the judges, PGi was able to stand out from the crowd due to the following:
“Excellent innovation and excellent improvement in satisfaction scores! Love seeing that you included your NPS score. Very impressive survey examples. Nice entry, well done!”
“Sound logic and background provided on how an organization can grow while in a shrinking space and launch globally similar experience.”
The awards were presented by The Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards. PGi was up for the awards of Contact Center of the Year and Customer Service Success. On both awards applications, PGi included significant evidence of our associates’ drive for “Service Excellence… Every Time.” Thanks to the enduring dedication of our employees, we now have two Stevie finalist awards to demonstrate our dedication to providing great collaboration solutions and delight our customers every step of the way.
